    Homemade with red wine. Served with a red berry compote. Served with toast.
  • Aubergine Cup - £5.95 v
    Wafer-thin aubergine slices grilled, wrapped around layers of potato slices and stilton. Served with a cheese sauce.
  • Garlic Prawns - £6.75
    King prawns sautéed in butter, garlic, fresh parsley and white wine on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Served with toast.

  • Homemade Vegetable Lasagne - £10.50 v
    Filled with seasonal vegetables and served with chips and salad.
  • Homemade Moussaka - £10.95
    English minced lamb, potato, aubergine, tomato, garlic, herbs with béchamel and cheese.
  • Fillet of Salmon - £11.50
    Grilled fillet of salmon. Served with new potatoes, vegetable roste cakes and a watercress sauce.
  • Steak Pyramid - £16.50
    Prime Angus fillet Steak sliced into three medallions, marinated in Dijon mustard and grilled. Layered with battered aubergine and served with new potatoes, vegetable parcels and a peppercorn sauce.
  • Beef Fillet - £16.50
    Prime 8oz Angus fillet steak (takes extra time to grill) topped with a gratin of wild mushrooms. (Shallots, garlic, wild mushrooms, white wine, chopped parsley, cream, parmesan cheese). Served on a bed of mash potatoes with vegetable parcels.
  • "Buzzara" King Prawns - £12.50
    King Prawns fried with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, sweet chilli sauce. Served in a hot pan with ciabatta.
  • Lamb Chunks - £12.50
    English leg of lamb diced then slowly simmered in a mint gravy. Served with mash potatoes and sautéed minted broad beans.
  • Chicken Parcels - £11.50
    Chicken thighs filled with asparagus, baby sweetcorn, brie and roasted. Server with fruity basmati rice (figs, apricots, raisins and apple puree) and a lemon and cinnamon sauce.
  • Steak & Guinness Pie - £11.50
    Homemade in a short crust pastry case. Served with peas and a choice of either mash or chips.
  • Chicken Sizzler - £12.50
    8oz chicken breast topped with bacon, barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese and served with grilled tomato, onion rings, mushrooms and chips.
  • Steak Sizzler - £15.50
    Prime 8oz Angus Rib Eye steak served with grilled tomato, onion rings, mushrooms and chips.
