Wafer-thin aubergine slices grilled, wrapped around layers of potato slices and stilton. Served with a cheese sauce.

King prawns sautéed in butter, garlic, fresh parsley and white wine on a bed of iceberg lettuce.

Filled with seasonal vegetables and served with chips and salad.

English minced lamb, potato, aubergine, tomato, garlic, herbs with béchamel and cheese.
- Fillet of Salmon - £11.50
Grilled fillet of salmon. Served with new potatoes, vegetable roste cakes and a watercress sauce.
- Steak Pyramid - £16.50
Prime Angus fillet Steak sliced into three medallions, marinated in Dijon mustard and grilled.
Layered with battered aubergine and served with new potatoes, vegetable parcels and a peppercorn sauce.
- Beef Fillet - £16.50
Prime 8oz Angus fillet steak (takes extra time to grill) topped with a gratin of wild mushrooms. (Shallots, garlic, wild mushrooms, white wine, chopped parsley, cream, parmesan cheese). Served on a bed of mash potatoes with vegetable parcels.
- "Buzzara" King Prawns - £12.50
King Prawns fried with freshly chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, sweet chilli sauce. Served in a hot pan with ciabatta.

English leg of lamb diced then slowly
simmered in a mint gravy. Served with mash potatoes and
sautéed minted broad beans.

Chicken thighs filled with asparagus, baby sweetcorn, brie and roasted. Server with fruity basmati rice (figs, apricots, raisins and apple puree) and a lemon and cinnamon sauce.

Homemade in a short crust pastry case. Served with peas and a choice of either mash or chips.
